"Wiscuntsin" doesn't have a deep rooted meaning. The word came to the artist as an intrusive thought and she thought "I'd wear that," then people started asking for a shirt too, and here we are. Cunty Wisconsintes unite!We know the c-word can be very triggering, but we hope to reclaim it as a term of endearment.
